Eric Delgado comes to the team with 20-plus years of leading start-up and high growth companies, primarily focusing on operations, sales, and fundraising. Having led companies to benchmarks like triple-digit growth or through several rounds of funding, Eric prides himself in creating mutually beneficial pathways for his teams to create a positive impact for their clients, customers, and the overall organization.

Prior to joining the team, Eric was President of Shyft Moving, a tech-driven moving and corporate relocation company based out of San Francisco, and he helped the organization prepare and execute on series-A funding. Prior to joining Shyft, Eric was the Executive Vice President and COO of Zippy Shell Inc., headquartered in Washington DC. Eric and his team led Zippy Shell to consecutive years of triple-digit revenue growth and through two rounds of funding, with the most recent funding used to acquire 1-800-PackRat.

Prior to Zippy Shell, Eric helped start an asset management company focused on residential real estate, MCM Capital. He was an integral part of their growth, starting with 7 employees and $40 million under management and growing close to 300 employees and $6 billion under management in 6 years. At MCM, Eric built one of the nation’s premier Realtor networks that focused on distressed home sales to help sell over 40,000 properties. His other two start-ups are still active today.  Eric has an undergraduate degree from Loyola University New Orleans and a Masters Degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University. He lives in Bethesda, Maryland with his two children, Isabelle and Dominic, and his wife Cari.
